Last Sunday I was taking a walk with my dear friend and in the distance I could hear drums and brass. To our surprise the Oakland Municipal Band was playing a free concert. What a treat! I loved when they played the jazz standard "Take the A Train". Summer is definitely the time for music. If you haven't heard any free music this summer, make sure you do!
